Thanks for posting the full error details. I think the problem might be to do with your computer having something missing or corrupted, nothing wrong with Cymatic.

Is Internet Explorer installed on your computer?
If so, then which version?
Can you open Internet Explorer on your computer?

The causes might be one of these:
1. If Internet Explorer is not installed, that would certainly cause an error. Internet Explorer is mentioned in the error details, so that might be a hint to this being the cause.
2. If there is a problem with the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4, either not properly installed or has some aspects missing / corrupt. In which case you can download and re-install it by googling for the link to the Microsoft download page for it. Re-installing the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4, has fixed various strange problems that I have seen.
3. If some Windows system files are missing. Check using System File Checker.
