- Enables you to trade multiple markets simulataneously
- Can open multiple grids
- Also introduces a 'managed markets' feature (like a Guardian), which enables the Cymatic program to 'manage' markets as described below

Managed markets benefit from:
1) Tick offset bets are managed in the background (even when the market is no longer selected in a grid, ladder or chart)
2) Chart data is logged for managed markets (even when the market is no longer selected in a grid, ladder or chart)

The new options are found when you right click on any market in the Navigator. Menu options enable you to open a new grid (in a new window), or choose to 'manage' a market permanently (until you remove it).

Whenever you open a market in a grid it becomes automatically added to the list of 'Managed' markets and stays managed whilst in use by grids, ladders, charts or whilst managed bets exist (i.e. Tick Offset bets pending). Markets will be automatically removed from the list of managed markets when you close all corresponding grids, ladders or charts - unless managed bets still exist. However if you want to keep the markets managed permanently, simply select "Manage" after right-clicking the market in the Navigator (this puts a tick in the 'Manage Permanently' column in the list of managed markets).

Permanently managed markets are only released once you cancel them in the managed markets list.

Plus a few other minor improvements and fixes.
