- Fixes a problem with two of the buttons on the settings window. The OK and Save As Default buttons were sometimes grey and disabled unless user had changed the API Refresh rates already.

- Improved the outcome of keystrokes when user is editing the API Refresh rates. The values were being enforced to valid values automatically between keystrokes, in such a way that could have caused confusion.
